Get Started

Step 1. VidHex's Installation

Get VidHex's download package from the button below.

When downloading finishes, click on the Customize Installation to open the customization panel. Here you can choose the language, installation path, etc. Then, hit the Install button to get it on.

You can see your installation process on the process interface.

Once the installation ends, you can see a page that indicates of successful installation and the program will launch automatically on your desktop.

Tips: If you can't download the package from the button above, you can re-download and install it from its official website, or check for updates within the product.

Step 2. Activate VidHex

To create your ideal videos or achieve better results, our team suggests buying a VidHex membership plan to get access to all features. Our price plan is reasonable, affordable, and flexible for all.

Go to the upper right corner, you can click the Buy Now button and fill the information in the pop-up window. With this, you have finished purchasing within the software.

Then, click the Log in button in the upper-right corner and enter your Email, verification code, or password. Besides, you can choose to log in with your Google account.

After logging in, refresh your license permission.

Step 3. Update VidHex

VidHex offers an automatic update with new features and software upgrades. To not miss any one of them, you can check whether there is a new version of the software.

Click the Menu icon in the upper-right corner. From its drop-down list, choose Check Update… and hit it. If there is a new version, you can easily get the latest installation package.

Step 4. Uninstall VidHex

If you don't want to use VidHex anymore. Here is a short guide on uninstalling it.

• Right-click the software on your desktop and select Open File Location.
• Find the application file named “uninsXXX” and double-click on it.
• Select Yes, and it will start uninstalling VidHex automatically. A few seconds later, you will see a window that tells you the software has been successfully removed from your computer.
• Click OK to finish the uninstallation.

VidHex's Video Enhancer cloud acceleration feature adopts powerful cloud computing to process your videos much faster and more efficiently than your local system ever could. By offloading intensive tasks like AI-enhanced editing (including advanced tools like Frame Interpolation) to remote servers, it bypasses your hardware limitations, ensuring a smoother and quicker workflow. It's great for processing large video files, limited local hardware, and top performance needs.

Part 2. How to Use Cloud Acceleration

From the comparison window, the paid users can click the Export Full Video button to enter the output interface. Here, find the Accelerate Now button in yellow and click it.

When the acceleration starts, you can see the remaining process and stop the process at any time.
