What are credits, and what can I do with them?
Credits are a form of virtual tokens that you can purchase. Credits are used to unlock advanced video AI features on VidHex and obtain the optimal user experience.
How long are the credits valid for, and can unused credits be accumulated?
Credits remain valid throughout your active membership period. Unused credits will be frozen when your membership ends. You can use them again after you renew your membership.
Can I purchase and use credits without a membership?
Currently, credit purchases and usage are exclusive to VidHex members. For lightning-fast processing and seamless cloud services, we invite you to join our membership!
Can I subscribe to the Credits Plan if I have subscribed to the Membership Plan?
Yes! While membership plans include a limited number of free credits, you can purchase additional credits anytime if you need more. The Credits Plan and the Membership Plan are independent and do not conflict.
Are there any bonus credits when buying credits?
When subscribing to any membership plan, you can receive 50 free credits. However, there are no bonus credits when purchasing credit packages.
What if I run out of credits?
You can buy more credits through the Credits Plan whenever your credits run low. Don't forget to make sure your membership is active.
What payment methods can I use?
VidHex supports diverse payment options: Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Debit, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax-Credit Card, and Invoice payments. Contact our support team for assistance if your preferred method isn't listed.
Can I purchase a retail credit package separately?
Currently, credits are only available for purchase to members. You'll need an active membership to buy or use credits.
