If you are a new user, you can enter the pricing page and choose to buy a subscription to get free AI credits. You can also choose the different credit plans under subscription. For VidHex membership, if you run out of your credits, please open the VidHex desktop software, log in to your account and open the account info by clicking the headshot icon on the top. Then you can click Get More to buy credits.

Please click your profile icon at the top-right corner of the website or software, go to Account Center > Security, and change the password.

Firstly, please make sure you are using the same email address used for the purchase. If not, please sign out and log in with the correct account.
If you just purchase a plan or credits, you can restart the VidHex software or click Refresh in the account information.

VidHex offers a 30-day refund guarantee for eligible purchases. If your request meets the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy, please contact support@vidhex.ai to initiate the refund process.

To cancel subscription, simply reply to your subscription confirmation email or contact support@vidhex.ai for assistance.
