You can log in to our system using an email or a third-party account. After you buy a VidHex program and sign up using the same email you used to buy the program, you will simultaneously sign up for the corresponding account with our company. An account unique to you will also be generated, serving as your identifier.
Membership benefits are active immediately after purchase. If the benefits don’t activate immediately, try waiting two minutes, logging out, logging in, or following instructions to activate your membership account. If you request a refund for some reason, our company has the right to revoke the benefits of your account after the refund.
Membership cannot be sublet, sold, loaned, donated, borrowed, transferred, or otherwise permitted to be used by non-initial registrants. Our company reserves the right to address violations, and you shall be held responsible for any resulting issues. Additionally, our company retains the right to pursue the legal responsibilities of the people who committed the behaviors above.
We reserve the right to modify this agreement as necessary in compliance with laws and regulations. Any updates will supersede previous versions, and you can view the latest terms on the relevant page. Continued use of the account indicates acceptance of any changes. If you disagree, you may cease account use.
